Request for assistance from Old Boy, Bishop Risi OMI.
I request assistance with regard to the tertiary schooling requirements for a number of students who are helped by myself as Bishop of the Diocese of Keimoes-Upington.
The students are all full time students, some are assisted with registration fees, others with travel allowances since they already have bursaries that cover tuition and board, and still others need assistance with board, their tuition being covered by a bursary or grant.
- The names of the students are:
- Tania Jano (female) R 22 560.00
- Deon Beukes (male) R 15 600.00
- Denise Losper (female) R 13 500.00
- Lucia Matthys (female) R6 600.00
- Yolandi Lottering (female) R 28 650.00
- Pasquin Olivier (male) R 2 384.00
- Thanya Khuzwayo (female) R 2 000.00
Total assistance needed: R 91 294.00
All the students named above are all are of a formerly disadvantaged group, Brown and Black people by birth. I would appreciate assistance with a percentage of the total indicated – being assistance towards their tertiary education.
Sincerely,
Edward Risi
