Coach's Report

I can hardly believe that 2011 is a thing of the past and 2012 already brings us many enthusiastic young golfers yearning to make their first hole in one or perhaps their first birdie or simply just to cut a few shots off their handicap. Most importantly they look forward to getting out onto the course and enjoying themselves.

I am proud to announce that Mr Flude, Mr Muller, Mr Bester and Mr Kleinhans will be assisting me with the golf responsibilities this year and offering up their time by taking the boys to fixtures.

Just a reminder to all the young bidding golfers about the golf criteria, in order to play for the school.

• You must be a member of a golf course.
• You must have an official handicap.

I look forward to seeing you on the golf course.

St Benedict's Preparatory Golf Day 2012

Dear Parents

It is almost time to dust off your golf clubs and come and join the staff and boys at Modderfontein golf course on Friday 18 May for a fun filled golf day.

This day is in aid of raising funds for the school.

Space is limited, so I implore you to book your four-ball at a price of R2000.00 which includes your round, halfway house lunch, a prize, a “goody bag”, dinner and loads of fun. Mr Edwards has kindly given the boys who will be playing golf with mom or dad, the day off school to do so.
