St Benedict’s College Cricket Coaching Clinic

The holiday cricket clinics have been running successfully for the past 10 years and have become a highlight for many boys (and girls) that continue to support the event year after year. The player is welcome to attend the clinic where he will be slotted into an age and skill appropriate group. We have one coach allocated to every 6 to 8 participants where skills development, fun games and mini matches take place.

Each participant receives a clinic T shirt and a prize after the grand finale matches. Juice is supplied throughout the day and the boys also tuck into “coach Doug’s famous hot dog”. The player will be assessed during the activities and a few suggestions can be made on his future development should you require such feedback. eg future batsman, bowler, keeper etc.

St Benedict’s Cricket Academy also offers private coaching on site in our world class seven lane indoor training facility. The player would be welcome to attend where we prepare him for the competitive cricketing environment. Should the player then continue to show interest and develops a genuine love for the game, we work hard on getting him into area teams and ultimately schools provincial teams.
