Garth Holden, Bennies Old Boy and 2015 Rowing Captain is now an official member of Cambridge University Boat Club!
Garth Holden, Bennies Old Boy and 2015 Rowing Captain, graduated from Yale University in May this year with majors in Economics and Political Science. He applied to Cambridge University for a post-grad and was accepted for a Masters degree in Real Estate Financing.
Due to the Covid-19 situation, he worked as a research assistant in Washington DC over the summer and arrived in England at the end of August. After 3 weeks of ergo and boat trials he made it through the final selection process, and is now an official member of Cambridge University Boat Club!
The Club was founded in 1828 and competes annually against Oxford in what is arguably the most famous rowing event in the world, “The Boat Race”.
We are exceptionally proud of what Garth has achieved!
