At St Benedict’s we understand what makes boys tick and keep them active with learning, sports and the arts. We nurture their minds, shape their souls, build their bodies and hone their hearts.

Standing Together Against GBV 🖤
This morning, our leaders stood together in support of the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence, lining the driveway dressed in black to raise awareness and encourage our school community to stand against GBV.
The message is clear. As young men, our boys have a responsibility to speak out against gender-based violence, challenge bullying and help build a culture of respect and safety for all.

Meet the Matrics | Angelo Santana 🎓
Angelo Santana has been part of the Bennies family since Grade 0 as a member of O’Leary House. Looking back on his journey, his advice to his younger self is simple: enjoy every moment while it lasts. As he looks towards the future, he is curious to see what lies ahead and where life will take him next.
One of his fondest Bennies memories was playing his first Old Boys rugby game. It was a special milestone in his rugby journey and a memory he will carry with him as he reflects on his time at Bennies.
We wish Angelo all the very best for the remainder of his matric journey and the exciting future that awaits him. Once a Bennies boy, always a Bennies boy.

Beyond the game 🏀
We were honoured to welcome Lebogang Motau from @fwi_free.world.initiative to our basketball tournament, where she spoke to our boys about standing against gender-based violence (GBV), the importance of respect and the need to put an end to bullying.
The message is clear. Respect and accountability extend beyond the court.
